
The Glens Falls Farmers’ Market is pleased to announce that our Winter Market will remain downtown at the Market & Event Center, 57 South Street, beginning Saturday, November 1, from 9 AM to Noon.
This decision follows weeks of collaboration between the Market Board, vendor members, the City of Glens Falls, and community partners to ensure the market can continue operating in a space that serves both our vendors and customers. The Market & Event Center offers a covered, heated environment that allows us to stay close to our downtown shoppers.
We are currently working with the City of Glens Falls to secure heated, accessible restroom facilities for the winter season. In the meantime, two non-heated accessible restrooms will remain available on the property for public use. Heated units remain a key priority, and we’ll share updates as soon as installation and access details are finalized.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate a few unknowns over the next several Saturdays. Adjustments may be needed as we learn more about how the building performs in colder weather and how we can best accommodate our customers, vendors, and the public. This process is new for everyone, and we’re learning and adapting as we go.
We have a lot planned for the winter season and look forward to this next chapter.
