If you’re a regular at the Glens Falls Farmers Market, you’d know that Saturdays are more than just a day to grab fresh produce, it’s an experience. And this Saturday promises to be particularly special as the market hosts its last outdoor event of the season before moving to the Aviation Mall for the winter market.
As the leaves change color and a nip in the air reminds us of the impending winter, the Glens Falls Farmers Market is prepping for its annual move indoors. But before that happens, this weekend offers a day packed with festive fun and a sneak-peek into what’s in store for the indoor season.
Baby Goats and Trick or Treating
The highlight of this Saturday will be an adorable spectacle presented by Goats Galore. From 9 am to 12 pm, expect to be charmed by baby goats, bringing with them a dose of fun and fluffiness. Families are encouraged to come, interact, and take photos with these cuddly animals.
In addition, Halloween is just around the corner and the market is in the festive spirit! Kids are in for a treat – quite literally – as vendor booths will be handing out candies for a mini trick or treat experience. Parents, make sure your little ones come dressed in their spookiest costumes to fully enjoy the Halloween vibes!
Indoor Market: A New Chapter
Starting November 4th, the Glens Falls Farmers Market will be transitioning to the Aviation Mall. As we move indoors, there will also be a slight change in market hours: from the regular hours to a cozy window of 9 am to 12 pm.

If you haven’t had the chance to visit the market this season or if you’re a regular eager to celebrate the last outdoor market day, this Saturday is the perfect opportunity.
